Organisation Structure
Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) is the State Distribution Utility responsible for distribution and retail supply of electricity across Manipur. The company was formed following the unbundling of the erstwhile Electricity Department, Government of Manipur, under the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Manipur State Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2013.
The organization functions through a structured administrative and operational hierarchy comprising the Board of Directors, Corporate Office, Electrical Circles, Divisions, and Sub-Divisions to ensure efficient power distribution, consumer service delivery, revenue management, and maintenance of the distribution network.
